Delicious Pizza, Friendly Vibes Every Visit!

Visiting Theo's Pizzeria was sort of like being given a genuinely comforting hug while munching on a slice of heaven. I was warmly welcomed by the amiable staff—were they all genuinely happy to see me or just really good at enthusing? Let’s go with the former. For starters, I couldn't resist the arancini, and yes, while they were colder than expected, the tomato sauce nearly made up for that little hiccup with its bold and rich undertones. My main course arrived with a flourish—the broccoli and sausage pizza; earthy, vibrant, with a delightful crust that made me order a simple yet garlicky marinara for my second round. Yep, two pizzas down, very satisfied stomach.

Sitting there, in this quaint slice of pizzalopolis, with an old-school charm brought forth a curious mix of nostalgia and delight—especially with their playfully unpretentious menu focusing on doing few things remarkably well, hence, skipping the overordering shenanigans. Their tiramisu is a sweet, massive hug on its own, not to be missed. Prices are refreshingly modest and have, for once, my whining inner London critic quietened over a reasonable £13.50 treat. A minor quibble would be that the service has hit-or-miss quirks but, to be fair, London waiters are like summer Sundays–good luck finding them sunny. But whether you’re vegan, veggie, or carnivore-leaning, Theo’s seems to cater splendidly in every regard, providing you dodged the odd soft mob some guests might avoid. Definitely heading back there soon for my next theatre jaunt, worthwhile if only to sample that elusive chilli oil which whispers, "You need more pizza."
