Rajon, one of the affable waitstaff, seemed to be working magic: his attentive presence always there at just the right moment, whether to refill a glass or offer thoughtful suggestions on specialty cocktails like a heavenly Passion Fruit Martini.

With drinks as expertly crafted as the service is impeccable, it's difficult to find fault with such an experience. Thanks to Jyothish and Manthan, both of whom demonstrate a refined knowledge of mixology, traditional favorites like the Espresso Martini and some avant-garde creations left guests in awe.
