Tortilla's embrace of technological pragmatism with its self-service kiosks felt like being guided by a skilled maître d’ in a tux, minus the snooty air – though it could use a bit of navigation finesse. Despite the past mishaps of cold burritos and wholesale ingredient chaos, my visit unveiled a remedy conjured by well-organized staff orchestrated by Simon and Nicola, ever ready with audacious generosity and attention befitting of royalty.

The food, an avalanche of flavor one can't help but shamelessly devour, swirled around a voracious appetite driven both by scent and spectacle. The menu unravelled like a Mexican tapestry, varied with promises of irresistible tortillas, blessedly overstuffed with ingredients you wouldn't think could fit so snug. Locale legends hinted regret over seating – conspicuous in its non-existence – yet while others stood or found odd perches to devour their beef burritos, it felt more fellowship than inconvenience. Walking away, one couldn't escape the thought: is this the best? Perhaps not everywhere.
