Although famed Chef Ramsay's touch is clearly present in every elegantly prepared dish, from the succulent Wagyu steaks to the delicate lemon sole, what truly stands out is the level of service offered by BT and his stellar team. BT's knack for adding personal warmth to each table he touches shines brightly, leaving guests smiling and planning their next visit before they’ve even left.

The menu reads like poetry for the palate — from decadently unctuous mash with bone marrow to the golden, crispy fried chicken that could make any Southerner swoon with delight. Despite little hiccups like a mysteriously charred ribeye or a less-than-pristine red wine reduction, most dishes dazzle with robust flavors and precise cooking techniques.
