This charming restaurant, brimming with a homely warmth, subtly whisks diners away with its intoxicating aromas of lemongrass and galangal. The decor, simple yet evocative, serves as a testament to the humble authenticity that permeates every aspect of this establishment. At the heart of Imm is its passionate Thai chef, whose expertise transfigures classic dishes into delightful renderings of authentic Southeast Asian flavours right onto your plate.

During my visit, culinary highlights glistened from the concise menu, each dish crafted scrupulously to showcase vibrant textures and bold flavours reminiscent of Thailand itself. A glowing testament to this was the Pad Thai, striking a balance between sweet and savoury that rivalled some of the finest renditions found in bustling Thai street markets. Furthermore, the Sai Oua—northern Thai sausage—was absolutely phenomenal, with each bite bursting forth spicy nuances worth repeated indulgence.
