The decor manages a gentle nod towards modernity but sans gustatory distraction, keeping focus rightly squared on the stellar eats at your elbow.

The food itself is quite another revelation; the braised Dongpo Pig's Knuckles deserve a poem of their own for how velvety they yield under your fork.
