Known for its incredible unforgettable moments, The Marquis made history in 2023 with a surprise Green Day gig. Adding to its legacy, we include appearances in films like Mary Poppins Returns and Last Christmas. We have played host to a variety of music videos and some very famous faces, who have just popped in for a pint too. We have consistently ranked in TripAdvisor's top 10% of the best London pubs for the last seven years. So this is a venue filled with character!

"Amazing Find" Me and my husband had been walking around Covent Garden for ages trying to find a bar that wasn’t full or was serving food. I was checking the menu outside when two ladies walked out and told me how lovely it was in there - they said they didn’t order food, but it looked amazing and that they’d definitely go back. So with that in mind, we decided to give it a try! It’s super cosy downstairs with mainly stools (which when heavily pregnant wasn’t amazing) but aside from that, the decor was lovely, the vibe was lovely. We ordered some food to share and that was absolutely gorgeous too! Didn’t wait long and we both enjoyed our drinks. I’d definitely come back here again and feel super happy that we were lucky enough to stumble across this place when we were both miserable from hunger. It helped our day get much better!

"Best Pub in London" The Marquis was the last pub we visited in London and it was by far the best. We had a lot of fun with the live music. The vibe in the pub and the staff were awesome!

The Marquis, Covent Garden? Charring Cross? Wherever! A GOAT pub, spinning the vinyl, today, a healthy helping of Supertramp. Just before Christmas it was a tribute to the Fab Four!
