After our 3 part Cookbook series, we’re excited to build on that exploration by delving into a topic that has been central to our philosophy across the Lyan company – the idea of collaboration. We’ve always believed we’re stronger together, and have loved the wholly new ground we’ve been able to explore by focussing on the middle part of a Venn diagram; the areas neither party would’ve explored in silo.

For the first iteration of this series, we wanted to deep dive into what collaboration can look like – and we’ve looked across histories, geographies and demographics for great examples of this. Exploring scenarios where 1 + 1 = 3 (the notion of what a cocktail is!), we’ve been able to push our thinking and approach to flavour by channelling these wonderful stories, and applying our own collective creative approach to create some flavours and techniques that really celebrate the brilliance of cooperation.

Sunday Lyan is a way for us to work with our pals and super inspiring people from around the world on new ideas, exciting products and industry gems. Hosted in collaboration with our ingredient-obsessed mixer pals Fever-Tree, these nights are a chance to try something different (from our team, and other bars!), get a preview of new flavours to come, or taste something necessarily small batch. Join us for unique (one-night-only) cocktails, hip-hop music, and a team of world-class bar professionals.

Sunday Lyan - Naked Athens - April 13th

For our next Sunday Lyan, we’re bringing a taste of Athens to London with the incredible team from Naked Athens. Founded by Christina Foka and Thanos Krimpouras, Naked Athens is all about authenticity, seasonality, and the beauty of simplicity. Their approach? Stripping things back to what really matters—quality ingredients, creativity, and strong relationships with local producers.

With a mixology philosophy built on house-fermented ingredients, thoughtful techniques, and meticulous attention to detail, their drinks are daring, unexpected, and always deeply intentional. And for one night only, in partnership with Fever Tree, we’re handing them the keys to Lyan to do what they do best.

Expect bold flavors, innovative twists, and cocktails that celebrate craftsmanship in its purest form. Sunday, 13th April, from 5PM - 10PM. See you there!
