A lively American-style cocktail bar open for drinks and bites from morning until the early hours, with live performances on The Nickel Stage from jazz trios to the blues and New Music Mondays emerging acts.

Perch at the marble-topped corner bar lined with high leather chairs or opt for relaxed banquette seating with velvet stools. The menu includes time-honoured American staples such as burgers, lobster rolls, light bites, and our comforting desserts, as well as classic cocktails poured in stylish glassware such as Manhattans, Boulevardier and Americano. Explore an extensive collection of blended American whiskeys and a signature cocktail list inspired by the seasonal flavours tailored to suit our guests’ palates.
Meetings & Events
The Nickel Bar has it's own space available to hire with a capacity of 30 people, perfect for private parties and corporate events.
Please note the Nickel Bar will not be available for private hire from the 17 November to 5 January 2026.

Opening Hours
Monday - Friday: 7am to late Saturday - Sunday: 9am to late Open for seated drinks, bites and live music, no booking required. Please note that guests under the age of 18 are not permitted at the Nickel Bar after 8pm.
