Tres Leches Tiramisu. A hybrid of sorts, this dessert takes inspiration from the traditional Mexican tres leches cake and combines it with tiramisu. Delicate sponge cake soaked in Cazcabel coffee tequila, cream, espresso and topped with whipped cream - it’s as good as it sounds.
Mexican-inspired lager, brewed in Britain.Sir Veza is an excellent partner for our menu. Light and refreshing but also carbon-negative, made with recycled hops from wildfarmed barley at gipsyhillbrew. As good for the soul as it is for the planet.
Get to know a few of our new dishes:Go for our new Prawn Aguachile when you’re craving something light and zesty. Prawns are tossed in fresh lime, habanero chillies and a mouth-watering coriander-jalapeno-coconut dressing and served with radish, avocado, cucumber and salsa macha.

Our Griddled Cactus & Courgette tacos aren’t as scary as they sound, we promise. Onions, garlic, corn and spices are tossed into roasted courgettes with fresh lime, a hint of chilli and griddled cactus to create a tangy, rich vegetarian filling for our tacos.

A vegetarian showstopper. For our Hibiscus Glazed Aubergine, we roast wedges of aubergine in our hibiscus salsa until tender and serve with UK-grown hodmedods quinoa, dressed in coriander-jalapeno-coconut dressing, avocado puree and salsa macha.

Which are you most excited to try?
Each of our salsas brings a different hit of flavour to the table. Made with Mexican tomatillos, our tomatillo salsa blends the roasted green fruit (which translates from Spanish to little tomato) with apple and coriander to create a vibrant fresh, fruity, salsa for dolloping over just about anything.
