Black Salt Sheen is a Michelin rated neighbourhood restaurant that opened in June 2021. Black Salt was created by father and daughter team, Sanjay Patel and Simeron Lily and the award-winning chefs and restaurateurs, Sanjay Gour and Nand Kishor Semwal. The mission is to provide high quality Indian food in a relaxed and informal setting.

Our menu includes some dishes rarely found in neighbourhood restaurants using fresh and local ingredients.
Of particular note, is the variety of plant-based dishes, allowing those that are trying to limit the consumption of animal produce to have a large choice of dishes than is the norm.
