An Exquisite Easter

From striking Easter eggs to lovingly created Goûtea miniatures, this season has an extra spring in its step. Discover a collection inspired by the Patisserie’s Hyde Park neighbour, including the Hazelnut illusion and playful Squirrel signature with notes of croustillant praline and fleur de sel. Easter brings limited-edition cocoa creations – for the definitive egg hunt, from 9-21 April.

Springtime Signatures

This season’s collection is an ode to the joys - and flavours - of spring. At its core is the Red Apple, a fairytale illusion with a caramelised and fresh fruit heart. The croustillant and gianduja notes of the Hazelnut  are all-round exquisite, and the plant-based Passion Fruit and Grapefruit Pavlova bring zing and zest to the table. Meanwhile, a springtime bouquet of vanilla classics with a Cedric twist include the blossom-white Flower and Saint-Honore, in made-to-share editions – with the Peanut Paris-Brest a scene-stealing centrepiece.

Time for Goûtea

A showcase of pâtisserie elegance, Goûtea fuses the French tradition of sweet snacking with the best-of-British afternoon tea. From Fruits and Flowers to cookies and donuts, this season’s menu is dedicated to all things bold and beautiful. Following savoury navettes, discover an edit of the chef’s in-miniature masterpieces. Slice into the just-plucked Red Apple and Passion Fruit Entremet, a pair of trompe-l'œil triumphs. Break open the bronzed Peanut Cookie. Then enjoy the sunny-side-up Grapefruit Pavlova for a brilliantly bright finale.
