Yun Gui Chuan Rice Noodle was founded in 2013 in Hong Kong and has become a beloved fast-casual restaurant chain known for its customizable Hong Kong-style rice noodles. With three successful branches in Hong Kong, the brand expanded to the UK in 2022, bringing the authentic flavours of Hong Kong to London.

All our soup bases share a common core: our distinctive clear pork broth. This broth is slow-simmered for over 8 hours with a generous portion of fresh pork bones. During this extended simmering process, the marrow and collagen fully dissolve, creating a delicately meaty and subtly sweet, creamy white broth.
