The philosophy of Barsito is to offer simple things done well whilst providing an authentic taste of Spanish food. There is a small but carefully selected tapas menu which offers delicious selection of Spanish cure meats and cheeses and genuine tapas , with a good selection of Wine from Spain and Sherrys from Andalucia.
