Our suppliers
We proudly serve ethically sourced, grass-fed beef matured for at least 28 days, free-range pork from Jimmy Butler's Blythburgh farm, and fresh fish from the British seas. Working with trusted suppliers, we bring the best of the land and sea to your plate.
Sister of Josette
In 2020, we opened a sister restaurant in the heart of Little Venice called Paulette. Named after one of our grandmothers, it has allowed us to keep her legacy alive, share glimpses of our childhood, and indulge in our "péché mignons".

LET'S RACLETTE
Indulge in the ultimate raclette experience, crafted for true cheese lovers. Our signature all-you-can-eat raclette features melted Morbier and Raclette cheese, served with potatoes, charcuterie, and cornichons. Vegetarian options with grilled vegetables are also available to suit all tastes.
To ensure the highest quality and a seamless experience, raclette is available by pre-order only.

WINE CELLAR
We believe in making sure the wine we serve is perfectly crafted from grape to glass. Sustainable, organic or bio-dynamic, our wines are vertically sourced — we work directly with our producers.

We can offer a complete bespoke experience for groups of up to 50 guests. Our private dining room can also welcome up to 8 guests.

For groups of 8 to 20 guests, we offer set menus for a seamless and unforgettable dining experience.
Whether you’re choosing from our à la carte options or indulging in our signature raclette, the entire table will enjoy the same menu, ensuring everyone shares in the festive feast.
