The Rose Festival
Morocco’s Kelaa M’Gouna Rose Festival, which inspired our exquisite ROSA cocktail, celebrates the harvest of Damask roses in the Dades Valley. From 2nd to 4th May join us as we mark the occasion and enjoy our elegant Champagne martini, infused with the essence of the prized rose.
HIGHLANDS
An ode to the untamed, enchanted beauty of the Scottish Highlands.
Inspired by Macallan’s collaboration with Cirque du Soleil on SPIRIT – a theatrical whisky experience that blends performance with tasting in tribute to Macallan’s Speyside home and the natural world – we present Reverence.
In this cocktail, Macallan Vibrant Oak anchors the whisky with bold depth, while red cocoa butter and cherry-vanilla vermouth create a smooth harmony. A touch of Scottish smoked sea salt and oak solution adds a playful twist, capturing the adventurous, unpredictable spirit of SPIRIT's characters.

Lunch Set Menu
The perfect Mayfair lunch: enjoy two of our delicious dishes from The Travel Edition By Day menu, paired with a cocktail or a glass of English sparkling wine. Ideal for catching up with friends, hosting a business lunch, or taking a shopping break.
