As I sank indulgently into the Unagi Don, its perfectly lacquered eel was tender enough to make even Jiro Ono blush, hovering atop rice as fluffy as a cloud lit by daylight. But it was truly the Miso Ramen that stole the show, perhaps rivaling a symphony in how its broth brought together pork's unctuous note and miso's earthy undertone, each spoonful warming my spirit akin to a melodic embrace.
