It offers a cornucopia of television screens blaring every sport imaginable – an ambiance tailor-made for those who measure satisfaction in decibels and above-average pints consumed. You might pay the embarrassing London premium of £8.80 for a pint of Italian lager, but then again, what's a bit of creditor cringe next to hearing supporters boo opposing football teams over a mound of excessively salted nachos?

Service here is delightfully inconsistent – one moment you're cared for by the delightful Aimie and Michelle, both worthy of sainthood; the next, you're in the Bermuda’s Triangle of bottomless brunch chaos, where time stretches like two Advil after a failed cocktail experience. Food, on the other hand, shares its identity crisis with a local politician: at times compelling, with scrumptious wings befitting their own chant; occasionally dreadful enough to require hush money for experiences best forgotten. Allegedly, there's a manager, perhaps moonlighting as a cat herder, oblivious to queue chaos akin to Black Friday sales. Yet, return you will, if not for the gastronomy, then for the gladiatorial pleasure of seeing whose patience lasts longer – yours or their bar service.
