Black Salt Sheen is a Michelin rated neighbourhood restaurant that opened in June 2021.
Black Salt was created by father and daughter team, Sanjay Patel and Simeron Lily and the award-winning chefs and restaurateurs, Sanjay Gour and Nand Kishor Semwal.
The mission is to provide high quality Indian food in a relaxed and informal setting. Head Chef Manish Sharma has honed his skills and gained experience working with some of the most respected executive chefs (including Michelin starred chefs), both in India, and in London.
